After almost a month of inactivity, due to RL issues and other games (cheater! =) I came back to make a new post just to discover that the domain had expired the day before… I put the damn thing on auto-renew now. =)

The new TES novel, The Infernal City, by Greg Keyes, also helped put me in the mood for more The Elder Scrolls goodness. I recommend it if you like good fantasy books as it is a page turner with likeable characters, awesome descriptions and a great story. Also it helps set the story for the next game.

No dollars entered my pocket due to this recommendation! =) (unfortunately…)

I finally tried the Ambassador of Darkness mod. I should have done it earlier as it is beautiful and sexy. There is a good number of versions including this HGEC one with seven options of colors and the cloth without the dress-pants thing. (I’m really good at naming stuff, eh?)

After playing with the second set of these armors, I decided to revisit the first one, that I had already posted about some months ago. While I do think that the second set is more beautiful, there is a lot of very good armors on this Oblivion mod.

While the Elder Scrolls games usually have good armors (a remake of the Daggerfall ones would be great!) there is a lack of vanilla good looking female armors. The sets made by A TYPE2 fill that void with some very feminine and good looking ones (while others are heavy juggernauts that would impress a Daedra Lord) that really feel protective.

Not that I have something against Bikini Armor but variety is the spice of life, isn’t it? =)

Interesting how simply changing the hair a character can change its appearance a lot. Here I just tried some new hair meshes to see how Eileen would change. These results are pretty interesting as you can see in the post and in the gallery.

To end our tour by these Armors, I’ll post some more pictures of my current favorite one: Yukikaze. It is one of the most beautiful female armors I’ve seen for Oblivion. With the Yuunagi gauntlets it looks perfect.

These Full Plate Armors are visually fantastic and there is a lot of them on this mod. Kudos to the author as this surely was a lot of work. Some of them remind me of Saber from Fate/Stay Night. As I am a big fan of that series it only makes me like the Plate Armors on this mod yet more. =)
